The Spirit of Dulwich, Distilled
Dulwich, a village in the heart of the city, is named for the wild dill meadows that used to grow here. Inspired by that history, we worked with the master distillers at the Thames Distillery to create a classic London Dry Gin with a contemporary twist.
The dill gives our gin soft floral and lemony citrus notes, with juniper and a hint of aniseed to follow. Very smooth for a 43% spirit, with a rounded mouthfeel and a long-lasting finish.
Dulwich has long been associated with art — from Edward Alleyn to the Dulwich Picture Gallery, founded in 1811. We partner with the Gallery to use their Georgian portraits on our labels, remixed using a bespoke digital printing algorithm so that no two bottles are ever the same.
For every bottle sold, we make a contribution to support the Gallery’s community art programmes.
